Business, colleges/universities and community agencies are sources for partnerships and volunteers.  However, the majority of the school's volunteers are members of the Cass Association (LSCO). The volunteers serve as mentors, tutors, building monitors, chaperones and financial contributors.

The Cass Association (LSCO) conducts bi-monthly parent workshops to support effective parenting, student achievement, parent/student relationship skills, Code of Student Conduct and conflict resolutions. The Cass Alumni Association and Cass Triangle Society are active organizations that provide assistance by sponsoring fund-raising events to benefit students, parents and faculty members.
